推导出了能谱为ε=∑i=1pi22m+12mi2r2i的n维经典谐振子的态密度,由于处于n维简谐势阱中的粒子可以看作n维谐振子,进而求出了服从玻尔兹曼分布、费米分布、玻色分布的n维简谐势阱中的粒子的状态方程及各热力学函数.
We present the universal descriptionspressure of arbitrary dimensional ideal Fermi gasof chemistry potential, internal energy, degenerate which have energy spectrum, compared with the thermodynamic quantities of the glacial arbitrary dimensional idea gases, we draw a conclusion that when temperature approaches infinite, thermodynamic quantities of the weak degenerate Fermi gases under high temperature trend to that of glacial non-degenerate ideal gases.
