摘要
目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌组织中COX-2表达与微血管形成的定量关系。方法应用免疫组化方法对68例原发性膀胱癌及10例正常膀胱黏膜组织标本中COX-2进行检测,并对32例浸润性膀胱癌组织中微血管计数。结果膀胱癌组织COX-2阳性表达率63.2%(43/68),正常膀胱黏膜组织COX-2表达均为阴性。低分化和浸润性癌组织中COX-2阳性表达率显著高于高分化和表浅癌组(P值均<0.01);有血管浸润性癌组COX-2阳性表达率明显高于无血管浸润癌组(P<0.01)。32例浸润性膀胱癌组织中血管形成定量为(61.5±19.6),并与COX-2表达密切相关(P<0.01)。结论COX-2表达与肿瘤浸润及癌细胞的分化程度及癌组织中微血管计数密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) of the bladder and its relationship with the quantification of angiogenesis. Methods The expression of COX-2 in 68 cases of primary TCC of the bladder and 10 cases of normal bladder tissue was assayed using immunohistochemical technique. The quantification of angiogenesis in 32 cases of invasive bladder carcinoma tissues was also conducted. Results All normal bladder tissues showed negative staining for COX-2 expression, while the expression rate of COX-2 in bladder carcinoma tissues was 63, 2% (43/68). The positive rates of COX-2 expression in poorly differentiated and invasive bladder carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those of well-differentiated and superficial carcinoma tissues ( P 〈 0.01 for both). The expression of COX-2 in carcinoma tissues with vascular invasion was significantly higher than that in carcinoma tissues without vascular invasion ( P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of COX-2 in the 32 cases of invasire TCC was closely correlated with the quantification (61.5±19.6) of angiogenesis ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The COX-2 expression is closely correlated with invasiveness, differentiation and microvessel count of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.
