摘要
为观察专病护理对中医治疗急性乳腺炎疗效的影响,在中医内治与外治疗法相结合治疗急性乳腺炎郁滞期的基础上,对患者配合情志护理、乳房局部护理的专病护理方法,以促使肿块消散,疮面愈合。78例实施专病护理的急性乳腺炎郁滞期患者治愈率达96.15%,与前期同类患者比较疗效提高9.01%。提示专病护理能提高中医治疗急性乳腺炎疗效。
To observe the effects of nursing care on acute mastitis, on the basis of combined internal and external treatment, aeute mastitis sufferers were given emotional nurse and special nurse on breasts to dissolve lumps and heal wounds, Among the 78 subjects, the cure rate was 96. 15%, by 9.01% higher than the control sufferers. It is revealed that special nursing care can improve the clinical effects of acute mastitis.
