摘要
本文阐述了在教育部对高等学校本科教学进行评估的指标体系指导下,创建的高等学校院系教学档案管理细则的内容、创新性及实践应用价值。
In this article, the content, the creation and the practice value about the administration rules of teaching records in the second department of universities have been described which are created under the direction of index system of teaching evaluation published by the National Education Ministry.
