摘要
建设社会主义政治文明是我国现代化建设的重要战略目标。作为特殊政治主体的政府,实现依法行政是我国政治文明建设的必然选择。政府在依法行政过程中必须做到:依利民之法行政,政府要带头守法,坚持行政行为的公正,坚持行政行为问责制。
The socialist political progress construction is an important objective for the modernization drive in our country. The exercise of power according to law is its inevitable choice. As a special political body, the government must abide by the following principles： exercising power according to the laws beneficial to the people, setting an example of abiding by the law, adhering by the justice in the exercise of power, keeping the questionnaire responsibility system.
