破裂前交通微小动脉瘤的弹簧圈栓塞治疗 被引量:6

摘要 血管内栓塞治疗以其微创疗效可靠,逐渐成为治疗颅内动脉瘤的首选方法之一.前交通动脉是双侧大脑半球之间血流平衡和代偿的重要通道,也是颅内动脉瘤的好发部位.由于该部位血管解剖的特殊性,前交通动脉瘤特别是微小前交通动脉瘤的血管内治疗,存在栓塞率低和并发症高的困难.作者自2002年1月至2004年10月对11例微小前交通动脉瘤患者进行了血管内弹簧圈栓塞治疗,现报道如下.
