摘要
目的:建立木糖醇注射液中木糖醇的含量测定方法.方法:参照国家药品标准,采用硫代硫酸钠滴定法进行木糖醇注射液中木糖醇的含量测定,并进行方法学考察,包括线性范围、精密度、稳定性、加样回收率等.结果:木糖醇在30～80 mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.6%.回收率达到100.1%.结论:本方法操作简单、快速、准确,适合医院制剂的质量检测.
Objective： TO establish the method to determine the content of xylitol in xylitol injection. Methods： According to national drug criterion of xylitol injection,we adopted sodium thiosnlfate titrating method to determine the content of the xylitol,and carried on the methodology,including linearity range, precision, stability, average recovery and so on.Results： A good linearity range of was 30～ 80mg/ml, The average recovery of xylitol was 100.1% ,RSD = 0.60%. Conclusion： This method is simple,quick,accurate and is available for quality control of the hospital preparation.
