摘要
从五个方面浅谈了医学工程技术人员的现状,随着科学技术的发展医疗仪器设备也在不断更新换代,如何做好各大医院现有医疗仪器设备的维护、保养和修理工作,必须多途径地抓好医学工程技术人员的在职培训和继续医学教育,不断提高他们的专业技能,紧跟医疗设备现代化发展的步伐,为医院可持续发展做出贡献。
this paper dicusses the present situation of technical personnel in medical science from five aspects, with the development of scientific technology, medical instruments are also being renewed, how can the hositals maintain and repair their presentinstruments？ the best way is that demand for the technical personnel to accept the training during theirs posts and reeducation by all kinds of approachs, people who improve theirs professional ablity while this period. Will catch up with the deveioing pace and contribute to the continued development of the hospitals.
