摘要
山区长输管道陡坡地段的施工,主要在布管、窜管、稳管方面存在较大难度,需采取特殊措施才能保证安全高效施工。在西南成品油管道工程陡坡地段的施工中,采用了卷扬机牵引小炮车布管法和溜管布管法,有效地解决了陡坡地段施工的难题。与以往设置滚轮进行管道施工相比,既简单又经济可行,降低了施工难度,缩短了工期。文章介绍了这两种方法的具体实施过程及注意事项。
There are considerable difficulties in pipe stringing pipe aligning and pipe stabilizing for pipeline construction in mountainous steep slop area.Therefore some special measures are needed to assure safe and highly effective construction.In the construction of Southwest Products Pipeline in this area the stringing methods of winch dragging carriage and pipe sliding were adopted and they solved the difficulties.This paper introduces the concrete procedures and notable matters of using these two methods.
