摘要
在医疗和教学改革不断深化的形势下,对联合培养临床型研究生的医德医风建设进行相应的“量化考核”,成为医院研究生联合培养工作之亟待解决的新课题。本文从“医德量化考核的必要性、医德量化考核的操作原则和医德量化考核的考核指标”等三个方面进行了分析,与同行探讨。
Along with the development of medical treatment and medical teaching reform in our country, it becomes a new task that need be dealt urgently with the quantitative assessment of doctor＇s moral characters during combined training of medical clinical graduates in hospitals. The necessity, implementary principles and assessment guidelines are discussed in this paper.
