摘要
“三农”问题中的一个基本症结就是由于实行城乡二元结构而给农村发展带来的极大制约与不公平。在信息社会中,发展农村信息传播事业是实现农村与城市真正平等的一个极为关键的因素。
The develpment of the rural areas is greatly restricted and unbalanced, owing to carrying out the unfair dual structure between urban and rural areas, which is the crucial cause of the “san nong” problems. In the information age, developing information spreading in rural areas is the key factor to realize the fairness between urban and rural areas.
