摘要
研究超声处理对激光注射液微粒分析仪测定微粒的影响。将含有不同微粒的溶液经静置或一定功率、一定时间的超声处理后,以激光注射液微粒分析仪测定各溶液中粒径分别≥5、10、15、20、25、32μm的微粒数量。结果显示,微粒溶液静置处理后对微粒计数值测定结果影响较小,而超声处理则对微粒计数值有一定影响。
The impact of sonicating on examination of particle count was discussed. The solution containing different particle sizes was allowed standing for lOmin or sonicating by speacified power and time, then examined the particle count of the particle sizes of ≥5μm, ≥10μm, ≥ 15μm, ≥20μm, ≥25μm and ≥32μm, respectively. The results showed that standing had less influence to the particle count, but sonicating caused the particle count to change.
