摘要
以大豆油脱臭馏出物为原料,探讨了超临界CO2双柱逆流萃馏浓缩天然维生素E的最佳工艺条件,并对萃馏产品进行了理化特性的分析.结果表明,最佳工艺操作参数为:萃取柱柱压采用20MPa,柱温40℃,CO2流量14L/h,进料位置为柱第3节;精馏柱柱压采用12MPa,柱温40℃~85℃,CO2流量12L/h,进料位置为柱第3节.验证实验表明,精馏柱底可获得58.41%的天然维生素E浓缩物.通过萃馏产品的HPLC、原子吸收光谱、GC-MS以及黏度分析,并与分子蒸馏产品进行比较,表明超临界CO2双柱萃馏技术是替代现行浓缩天然维生素E技术的一种理想的方法.
The best condition of concentrating natural vitamin E is discussed with supercritical CO2 two-column countercurrent extraction, and the physico-chemical properties of product is also analyzed. The results show that optimum operation parameters are as follows: Extraction column : pressure 20MPa; column temperature 40℃ ; the flow of CO2 14L/h; feed port: the third of column. Fractionation column: pressure 12MPa; column temperature 40℃~85℃ ; the flow of CO2 12L/h; feed port: the third of column. Validate experiment tests that the 58.41% content vitamin E product is obtained under the best conditions. The product by two column countercurrent extraction is compared with the product by molecular distillation based on HPLC, atom absorb spectrum, GC-MS, and viscosity analysis. It is implicit that concentrating natural vitamin E using supercritical CO2 (SC-CO2 ) is a good alternative method from soybean oil deodorizer distillation.
