摘要
公共选择理论是运用经济学的逻辑和方法来研究政治学主题的一个新政治经济学分支。它以“经济人”假说为其基本行为假设,分析了政府行为失效的原因,提出矫正“政府失效”的规制改革和公共服务市场化两大政策主张。公共选择理论对我国教育行政改革具有相当的启发和借鉴意义。
Public choice theory is a theoretical branch which analyzes political science problems by using economic methods logically . It regards＂ economic man ＂as its basic behavior hypothesis to analyze the reasons of the invalidity of govemment behavior in political market and offers two propositions including structure reform to rectify＂ govemment inefficiency＂ and public service marketization. Public choice theory is of great significance to our educational administrative reforms.
