摘要
基底元素透过镀层于表面富集可使镀层失去作用和意义,造成元器件失效。常温下这种富集主要是基底元素通过缺陷和晶界扩散穿透镀层再行表面扩散而遍及表面的。镀件的表面吸附是其发生的最重要的诱导原因,已发展出新的工艺,可以明显地延缓基底元素透过镀层到表面的富集。电子能谱是研究这一问题的有力手段。
Surface enrichment of substrate elements passing through coating layer may cause the coating layer to loss its function and significance and result in fail-ure of parts or devices. In ambient temperature, the enrichment is caused mainly by the diffusion of substrate elements passing through the defect and grain bo-undary of the coating layer and then spreading over the surface by surface diff-usion. Adsorption phenomenon on the coating is the most important inducing cause of the surface enrichment to occur. A new technique capable of obviously delaying the surface enrichment of substrate elements passing through the coa-ting layer has been developed. Electron energy spectroscopy is a powerful means in studying this subject.
