摘要
通过在烧碱法蒸煮针叶材中添加绿氧助剂,测得不同的绿氧加入量对蒸煮后浆得率、硬度、漂前与漂后白度,以及抗张强度、撕裂度、耐折度等性能指标的影响,证明了绿氧的加入,有利于纸浆得率和质量的提高,且可缩短蒸煮时间,降低热耗。
Appending green oxygen auxiliary in cooking hardwood by alkaline decomposition are introduced. The performance index such as the yield and the hardness of pulp after cooking, the brightness before and after bleaching, and the tensile property （strength）, the tearing strength, the folding ability of the paper and so on are measured which affected by adding different quantity of green oxygen. Then it is proved that adding green oxygen is propitious to increasing the yield and the quality of the pulp. Further more, it can shorten the hours of cooking, and reduce the cost of caloric.
