摘要
近几年,我国农业产业化发展快、势头好,成效显著。但同时在发展中还存在一些亟待解决的问题,其中农业产业化经营中资金短缺的问题尤为突出。为此,必须完善农村三元金融结构,构建农业产业化合理、高效的投入机制;加快农村信用社改革步伐,进一步发挥信用社作为农村金融主渠道的作用;逐步向民间资本开放农村金融市场;将专业户和个体农民的生产生活尽快纳入保险业的投保范畴,从而支持和促进农业产业化的发展。
In recent years, our industrialization has developed rapidly and obtained favorable achievements, but there are still some problems which must be settled as soon as possible. Among these problems, the problem of shortage of fund resources is especially serious. This article analyzes this problem carefully on basis of a lot of research. And it presents some thoughts to settle this problem.
