摘要
目的探讨不带阴囊纵隔血管束的阴囊纵隔皮瓣一期修复尿道下裂的方法及并发症的防治。方法应用不带阴囊纵隔血管束的阴囊纵隔皮瓣一期修复尿道下裂15例。结果15例一次手术治愈14例,1例术后并发尿瘘,手术成功率95%。结论不带阴囊纵隔血管束的阴囊纵隔皮瓣血运丰富,成形尿道愈合力强,合并症少。
Objective To explore the method and the preventation and cure of complication with one stage repair of hypospadias using scrotal septal flap without septal pedicel flap. Methods A total of 15 cases with one stage repair were analyzed. Results 15 patients were healed up after one operation,with the successful rate 95%. Single urethral fistula occurred in 1 patient. Conclusions No septal vascular pedicle scrotal flap is vascular, which blood circulation is abundant. The healing ability of neourethra is strong. This type of operation can be easy. The opening of neourethra can reach normal anatomic place of the penis. The contour of penis is good.
