摘要
ISO9000高职院校的服务是以提高学生能力和素质为核心的教育服务,因此学校教育既要满足学生及其家长的要求,又要满足用人单位的需要,还要符合国家和社会的利益。高职院校以一定步骤按照ISO9000标准控制教学质量,能为高等职业教育的发展提供一种保障,使其发展处于一种良性的、可持续的状态。
A quality control system would provide as a guarantee for the development of high professional education in the correct way if it had been set up according to the ISO standards , and at the same time only can the development be put under a sustainable , begain condition . The nature of high professional education is to provide students better educational services as possible as we can . Whatever we do is to improve and enhance the quality and ability of the students . The key for us to do is to improve the teaching quality .
