摘要 目的:探讨聚合至面团期的聚甲基丙稀甲脂(PMMA)在拔牙后即刻植入牙槽窝获得愈合的可能性。方法:拔除兔一侧上下颌中切牙后,植入面团期时的PMMA。仅关闭上颌牙槽窝口,下颌牙槽窝保持自然开口,从临床、X线、组织学三方面观察组织的愈合生长情况。结果:所有伤口获得良好的愈合,并始终保持稳定。植入PMMA的牙槽窝骨质未见吸收破坏。初期,在PMMA与骨质之间产生了纤维薄膜,随后,纤维薄膜逐渐被新骨代替,使PMMA与骨质之间逐渐形成骨性结合。结论:PMMA可以在面团期时植入拔牙窝,以适应牙槽窝的形态大小,并在外露的条件下获得良好愈合,能够与骨质达成骨性直接结合。 Objective: to evaluate the possibility of healing that polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) which was polymerizing was implanted into the socket immediately after extraction. Method: The rabbit socket was implanted into with the PMMA of wheat ball period. The upper jaw socket was closed. The lower jaw socket kept opening all the time. The healing of socket was examined through clinic, X - ray and histology. Result: All sockets healed well and kept unchanged. No bone absorbing was observed. At early stage, the fibrous membrane was discovered between PMMA and bone. Then, the membrane was replace by new bone gradually. The direct bony combination was achieved gradually. Conclusions: The PMMA of wheat ball period could be implanted the socket at once after extraction to suit the size and shape of socket. The socket implanted into with PMMA could healed without sealing. The PMMA could combined directly with bone of socket.
