摘要
对电极生物膜反硝化脱氮反应器中存活的反硝化菌进行了初步的分离及菌相分析研究 ,实验共分离出4 0株菌株 ,通过对菌株的形态观察及生理生化特征的研究表明 ,这些菌株分别属于假单胞菌属 (Pseudomonas) ,不动杆菌属 (Acinetobacter) ,肠杆菌科 (Enterobacteriaceae) 3个属 ,肠杆菌科、假单胞菌属为主要优势菌 ,占总鉴定菌数的 82 .5 %。在异养环境中分离的 2 4个菌株中 ,肠杆菌科为优势菌 ,具有反硝化能力的有 18株 ,占 75 % ;反硝化能力强的有 8株 ,占 33.3%。在自养环境中分离的 16个菌株中 ,假单胞菌属为优势菌 ,其中具有反硝化能力的有12株 ,占 75 % ;反硝化能力强的有 8株 ,占 5 0 %
The preliminary separation for group of bacteria surviving in the biofilm-electrode denitrification reactor had been investigated. The result showed that three groups had been identified from 40 bacteria strains by a series of morphological observation and physiology-biochemistry experiments. They are Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter and Enterobacteriaceae.The dominant bacteria among them were Enterobacteriaceae& Pseudomonas with 82.5%. Eighteen types of bacteria for denitrification were involved in the twenty-four groups separated in the heterotrophic reactor with 75.0% of Enterobacteriaceae as dominant bacteria,eight types are high efficiency with 33.3%;Twelve types of bacteria for denitrification were involved in the sixteen groups separated in the autotrophic reactor with 75% of Pseudomonas strains,eight types are high efficiency with 50%.
