摘要
长期以来,我国在进行企业绩效评价时,多侧重于对财务指标的评价,而忽略对非财务指标的评价。本文在分析构建企业绩效非财务评价指标体系的必要性的基础上,根据非财务评价指标体系设置的基本原则,设置出企业绩效非财务评价的指标体系,计算指标体系综合评价值。
Usually enterprise achievement on financial index is evaluated, but the non-financial index is neglected. This paper studied the necessity of constructing enterprise non-financial achievement evaluation index system and its principle. The non-financial evaluation index system is established, and the comprehensive value is calculated.
