摘要
在新型电子商务环境下,BPM软件程序使用先进的技术帮助企业在实施电子商务前,建立详细的商务过程模型,实现商务过程管理、分析和设计的可视化,改善过程和服务的质量,并将成本降低到最小,使企业从成功的电子商务实施中获得最大的投资回报率。论述了国际BPM研究领域的最新成果,分析了BPM如何提升企业绩效并协助企业提高竞争力。
Under the new e-commerce environment, the BPM can help enterprise establish detailed commercial process model, actualize the visualization of the management,analysis and design of the commerce process, improve the quality of the process and the service,reduces the cost to the minimum before the operation of the e-commerce, making the enterprise obtain the maximum reciprocation of investment in carrying successfully out E-commerce. This paper discusses on the newest achievements of international BPM research area, and analyzes that how BPM to promote enterprise＇ s performances and the assist the enterprise enhance the competitive power.
