摘要
用初速１４１１．６ｍ／ｓ，重１．０３ｇ钢珠致伤狗颌面部。伤后观察局部组织损伤的病理特点发现：（１）颌面部高速投射伤时，局部组织损伤严重而广泛，受损伤的组织器官多，尤其是气管、口底组织、舌根部及面颈部血管的损伤。可因阻塞呼吸道或大量失血而危及生命；（２）在距伤道壁２．４ｃｍ范围内的肌肉组织均有不同程度的损伤，但肉眼可见肌肉组织变色范围为０．５～０．８ｃｍ。经光、电镜证实为挫伤区的组织范围在０．５ｃｍ以内。提示：颌面部火器伤伤员的急救，要特别注意采取保持呼吸道通畅、止血等急救措施。清创时，肌肉组织的切除范围一般不超过０．５ｃｍ。
The maxillofacial regions of dogs were wounded by steel spheres weighting 1. 03g with an impacting veloeity of 1411.6m/s. The pathological characteristics of injury of regional tissues were observed after wounding. We found that： （1）in maxillofacial high velocity projeetde of the maxillofacial region, the organs and tissues in the neihorhood the wound tract, including trachea, floor of mouth, root of tongue and blood vessel in the face and neck were severely and extensivly damaged. The life might bethreatened in the severe cases； （2） the tissues within 2. 4cm of the wound tract sustained raring of injury, but the rang of muscle necrosis was limited within 0. 5cm. The experimental results suggested that in the emergency treatment of maxillofacial high velocity projeetile wound, respiratory tract should be kept patient first, then bleeding shoad be stopped. The range of debridement should be limited within 0. 5cm in muscle tissue outside the wound tract.
