摘要
投标报价不准确是投标失败的主要原因。旨在介绍一种新的、适用的投标报价方法,以克服报价不准确的缺陷。文章利用历史资料,分析了报价比的概率分布规律,找出报价比的概率分布函数,建立报价与成本间的回归模型和投标人中标项目的期望利润模型,最后建立项目的投标报价模型。
Not accurate bidding is main reason of failing to be successful bidder. This paper aims to introduce a new and suitable method of project bidding in tender to overcome the defect of not accurate bidding. With the aid of historic information, the paper analyzes the probability distribution law of the rate of bidding, and presents the probability distribution function of the rate of bidding.Moreover, the paper sets up a regressive model between project bidding and project cost, and it sets up an expected interest model of gained project by bidder. Finally, the paper suggests a bidding model in project tender.
