摘要
目的探讨短暂性脑缺血发作与P选择素(Pselectin)和氧化型低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)的关系。方法测定52例短暂性脑缺血发作患者发病24h内血浆P选择素和oxLDL的水平,并与32例健康正常人对照。结果短暂性脑缺血发作患者P选择素和oxLDL水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);P选择素水平与oxLDL水平呈正相关(P<0.01);短暂性脑缺血发作伴梗死灶者P选择素和oxLDL水平高于无梗死灶者(P<0.05)。结论P选择素和oxLDL在短暂性脑缺血发作的发生发展中起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL) and P-selectin after transient ischemic attack(TIA). Methods To measure the level of ox-LDL and soluble plasma P-selectin in 52 patients with TIA within 24 hours. 32 healthy people were set as control group. Results The levels of ox-LDL and P-selectin were higher in TIA group than those in control group(P〈0.01). A positive correlation was found between P-selectin and ox-LDL levels(P%0. 01). In TIA group, the patients with infarction had higher levels of ox-LDL and P-selectin than those without infarction(P〈0. 05). Conclusion P-selectin and ox-LDL may play a role in the formation of TIA.
