摘要
目的:了解目前手术室护士职业防护知识现状,提出合理化建议和措施。方法:采用自行设计的职业防护知识调查表,以访谈和问卷相结合的方法进行调查分析。结果:手术室护士自我防护意识较强,职业防护存在障碍的主要原因是预防标准实施不规范,防护用具缺乏,面对合并传染病的手术患者时职业心理状态较差。结论:预防自身院内感染,应提高手术室整体防护能力,重视职业安全教育,加强手术室防护基础建设,推行标准化的防护管理,规范防护流程和强化督导干预措施的严格落实。
Objective：To understand the operating room nurses＇actuallties about the occupational protection and put forward the rational proposals and measures, Methods：Investigate and analyze the actualities in the form of interview and questionnaire. Results ：The investigation showed the operating room nurses＇consciousness about self protection was strong and the main reasons of poor occupation protection were follows ： the prevention criterion is not performed strictly, the protection implements were limited and the mental appearance was poor when facing the surgical patients with infectious diseases. Conclusion：The whole protectional ability of operating room nurses should be improved, the occupation safety education should be appreciated, the basic occupation protection criterion should be strengthened , the standard management in occupation protection should be promoted , the protection process should be normalized and the strict monitor should be enhanced so as to prevent the infection in the hospital.
