摘要
阐述了移动数据库应用的一种设想,即将移动数据库驻留在手机、具有通信功能的PDA及其它微型设备上,通过移动通信系统中的高速无线网络与中央数据库服务器互操作。由于手机的普及和手机功能的不断强化,这项应用必定会得到人们的重视。本文介绍了微终端移动数据库的概念、特点、主要应用领域、实现的关键技术及发展前景。
This paper proposes a prediction about the application of mobile database： keeping the mobile database in mobile telephone,PDA with communication function and other micro-device to work with each other through wireless network with high speed and center database server. This application must be attached importance because of the popularization and strengthened function of mobile telephone. The paper introduces the concept, character, main application fields, key techniques and the foreground of microterminal mobiledatabase.
