摘要
目的:探讨小儿病毒性脑炎的治疗措施与护理要点。方法:加强患儿的对症护理,主要包括发热的护理,精神异常的护理,呕吐的护理,昏迷的护理和瘫痪的护理。结果:本组患儿治愈115例,好转32例,放弃治疗1例,未愈1例,死亡3例。结论:积极对症护理和病情观察。
Objective： To sum up the treatment and nursing of 152 cases with infant viral encephalitis. Methods： including nursing in fever, insanity, vomiting, coma and paralysis. Results： 32 of 115 cases had improvement after treatment, 1 case received radiotherapy, 1 case had no improvement, 3 cases died. Conclusion： Nursing and observation is very important for recovering.
