摘要
经济全球化趋势,带来广泛的国际合作;国际合作的时代潮流,决定着大国的崛起方式;国际合作既是中国崛起的条件,又是崛起的中国不对外构成威胁的保证;中国崛起与西方大国崛起不属同时代的问题,不能放在一起进行比较;将“和平崛起”的目标口号换成“和平发展”有得有失。
Economic globalization trend brings wide international cooperation which in turn decides the way of the rise of big nations. International ecoperation is both the factor in China＇s peaceful development and guarantee for its rise without threat. China＇s rise can＇t be compared with the western big nations because of the fact that they rise in different ages. There are both advantages and disadvantages to change “China＇s peaceful rise” into “China＇s peaceful development”.
