摘要
目的观察生脉养心液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将患者120例随机分为治疗组与对照组,分别服用生脉养心液和心血康。结果治疗组综合疗效、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效均明显优于对照组,并能改善临床症状、降低硝酸甘油的使用量、纠正脂质代谢紊乱、抑制凝血因子活性、增强纤溶系统功能,且无明显不良反应。结论生脉养心液治疗冠心病心绞痛有较好疗效。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shengmaiyangxin Liquid(SL,生脉养心液) for angina pectoris of CHD.Methods:120 patients were divided randomly into the treat ment group and the controlled group.Patients in the two groups were given SL and Xinxuekang(心血康) individualy.Results:The effect of to tality,of angina pector is and of ECG of the treatment group was better than of the controlled group.Con clusion:SL is valuable in treating angina pectoris of CHD.
