摘要
采用G riffing完全双列杂交设计,将L 102与国内骨干系组配成28个杂交组合,对株高、穗位高、穗长、结实长、穗粗、籽粒产量、出籽率、百粒重等8个主要性状配合力分析表明,L 102自交系一般配合力和特殊配合力均较高,具有长穗、出籽率高、植株矮的特点,与大穗、大粒自交系组配可选育出强优组合。自交系L 102与我国常用的4大类种质和P群间,均具有较高的特殊配合力效应,而L 102×旅系、L 102×黄改系为最优的杂交模式。
There are 28 crossing combinations were made on L102 and other seven inbred lines of maize by Griffing Ⅱ design in this experiment. The GCA, SCA and CA of plant height, ear height,fruit length, ear width, kernel per plant, grain number per row, 100 kernel weight and grain yield thought were analyzed by LNT software. The result showed that the GCA ,SCA of L102 with the traits of length ear, high kernel per plant and low plant height were higher. It can cross combination with the traits of length ear and big grain to select the good crosses. L102 inbred line with China 4 heterotic group and P group have the higher SCA, especially, L102× Lvdahonggu group and L102×improvement huangzaosi are the best heterotic pattern.
