摘要
针对刮板输送机驱动链轮的齿形加工设计出了一种可调式镗铣刮板机驱动链轮齿形的专用工装,介绍了链轮齿形的成形原理、工装结构、工装各部件作用及工装的实际应用方法。该工装结构简单,经实际应用证明性能稳定可靠,具有广泛的推广应用价值。
According to the movement outhne of the tooh - hke oi the driving chain wheel of scrapping conveyors in the process o! milling, an adjustable special packing for the tooh - like of the driving chain wheel of scrapping conveyor was designed and processed.The principle of the tooth - like to take place of the chain wheel, the structure of the special packing, the functions of all parts of the packing and the practical method of operation were introduced in the article. The packing has simple structure,and by practicality application it proves a steady and credible capability, which has a broad generalized value of application.
