摘要
通过纺纱试验,分析了原棉性能和纺部各工序主要工艺对成纱棉结的影响情况。结果表明,要减少成纱棉结,原棉成熟度要适中;精梳工序工艺合理,加强梳理,清除杂质和短绒;精梳落棉率和毛刷速度可适当提高;降低并条速度并减少并条道数;粗纱定量偏轻,捻度适当增大;细纱加装集合器,采用软弹不处理胶辊和塑料上销,减小后区牵伸倍数,放大后区隔距;适当降低络筒速度和络筒张力。
Raw cotton performance and key technology of each process of influencing on yarn forming neps were analyzed through spinning test, The result shows raw cotton maturity degree should be suited to reduce yarn forming neps, opening and carding process technology should be reasonable to strengthen carding and clean short fibers & impurities, waste percentage and brush speed of combing process should be increased suitably, drawing speed and passage head should be reduced, roving quantum should be reduced & twist should be increased, spinning process should be setted collector & adoptsoft elastic non-treatment top roller & plastic top pin and be reduced back zone draft lnuhiplc & increased back gauge, coning speed and tension should be reduced suitably.
