摘要
和谐体育是在体育教育思想和教育理论发展和繁荣的基础上,遵循受教育者身心发展规律,将各种合理因素进行最优化的组合。和谐体育的宏观理解为体育不仅要促进人身体的发展,而且应促进人的心智、道德水平的全面提高,追求体育与德育、智育、美育的和谐。和谐体育的中观认识是根据不同学习阶段,系统构建学校体育教育理论体系。和谐体育的微观认识是体育教育、教学过程中,体育教师、学生、教材、教法以及教学情境各要素的和谐,从而实现体育教学过程的系统化、科学化。
According to the new idea of Physical Education, the paper puts forward the thought system of harmonious P. E. Based on the developing and thriving of physical educational thoughts and theories, and by the regularity of the body and mentality of the human being who were educated, harmonious sports will be constructed by uniting the diverse factors. Harmonious sports will promote not only the development of the body, but also the mentality and the morality to achieve the harmony of the moral, intellectual and art education each other from the macro-understanding. On the middle standpoint, the theory system of school physical education will be constructed in the different periods of studying. In micro-view, the teachers, students, books, teaching methods and teaching surroundings will get along with each other to realize the systematic, scientific physical education teaching.
