摘要
对超声波强化真空膜蒸馏进行了试验研究,结果表明:超声波强化能较显著的提高蒸馏通量,在本实验范围可将真空膜蒸馏系统的蒸馏通量提高31%;超声波功率越大,温度越低,流速越小,强化效果越明显;膜器件的外壳材料对强化效果也有较大影响。
The experimental study on ultrasound enhancing vacuun membrane distillation (VMD) had been performed. The results showed that the ultrasonic irradiation can significantly enhance the permeate flux and the 31% of the distillation rate can be increased in the experiments. The enhancement ratio increases with the increase of ultrasound power , and decreases with the increase of solution temperature or flow rate . The material of the membrane module shell is also an important factor.
