为了满足国际市场的需求和调整钢筋产品结构的需要,马鞍山钢铁公司试制了屈服强度460MPa级的高强度热轧带肋钢筋(BSG460钢筋)。介绍了采用钒铁、钒氮合金、钒铁+铌铁不同微合金化工艺对比试制BSG460钢筋情况。
In order to meet the demands of international markets and adjust the structure of reinforced bar products,high strength hot rolled ribbed bar of 460 MPa grade of yield strength were trial produced in scalar Maanshan Steel. This article introduces the trial production of the reinforced bar BS G460 by varied microalloying technology that add vanadium iron(V-Fe), V-N alloy or V-Fe and Nb-Fe into steel.
