烯效唑在杂交水稻育秧中的应用效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 在杂交水稻的湿润育秧、两段育秧和温室育秧中喷施烯效唑,能提高叶片的叶绿素含量,促根、增蘖、降低苗高,使后期有效穗增加,产量提高13.6%~19.6%.最佳施用方法为:采用100mg/L浓度烯效唑,湿润育秧在1叶1心期喷施1次,两段育秧、温室育秧在1叶1心期和寄秧期各喷施1次.旱育秧秧苗不宜施用烯效唑. The experiments have been made by spraying uniconazole during the common wet growing seedlings,two- stage growing seedlings, growing seedlings in green house and dry growing seedlings respectively. Results showed that the tillering, chhorophyll content of leaves, root ability and the effective spike at later growing stage would increase by treatment with uniconazole of 100 mg/L ( during one leaf stage for wet growing seedlings ) ,spraying with 100 mg/L ( during one leaf stage for tow - stage growing seedings and in green - house ) and twice spraying 100 mg/L in transplanting field respectively, howerer, stem height decreased. Compare with CK, its yield increaeed by 13.6% - 19.6%, but it is not fit for the dry growing seedlings.
