摘要
矿井原主扇风机2K-60系轴流式通风机,因其效率下降,要求更换。经选择和计算,本文选取BDK54-8-NO28型对旋风机,设计原理基于集中参数最优控制理论、分布参数最优控制理论、全三维湍流流场正反问题数值模拟等现代理论,叶片采用铝合金弯掠组合正交三维扭曲叶片,并带有在线监测系统,利用计算机进行综合气动,优化设计结构。该风机性能优越,节能显著,带来可观的经济效益。
The original 2K-60 main fan of air blower in our mine is part of axial folw bolwers. It is ordered to be changed because of the inefficience. BDK54-8-NO28 is chosen via calculating and selecting. The design principle is based on concentrated parameter theory and distributive parameter optimal control theory etc..The vane adopts aluminium alloy three-dimentional twisty vane, and has on-line monitoring system. The air blower has superior performance, substantial energy conservation, and turns out appreciable economic effect.
