摘要
聚能杆式侵彻体主要用来对付新型防护装甲和混凝土工事、武装直升机和大型水面舰艇等目标。要获得比较理想的聚能杆式侵彻体,其设计的关键是药型罩材料、药型罩几何结构和爆轰波波形控制等。采用VESF起爆系统来控制爆轰波波形,通过调节VESF起爆系统参数,计算聚能杆式侵彻体成型,计算结果表明,采用VESF起爆系统能杆式侵彻体头部速度提高了21.7%,与实验结果相比,侵彻体头部速度误差为4.1%,侵彻体尾部速度误差为8.1%左右,形成的侵彻体形态相同,实验结果与数值计算基本一致。
JPC (Jetting Projectile Charge) may be used to attack new type protection armor, concrete target, armed helicopter and large ship. The critical technology to get JPC of high performance is liner material, liner configuration and detonation wave- form control. VESF initiation system was used to control the detonation wave-form and JPC formation process was simulated by adjusting the parameter of VESF initiation system. The simulation shows that the tip velocity of JPC increases 21.7%.Compared with the corresponding experiments, the error of tip velocity is 4.1%, and tail velocity is 8.1%. The simulation results agree well with experiment results.
