摘要
目的探讨β受体阻滞剂美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭目标剂量及耐受性。方法在96例本病患者在常规抗心力衰竭治疗上加美托洛尔,从小剂量开始逐渐加量,至耐受量,观察其收缩压不低于90mmHg,心率不低于50次/min,心功能下降一级的目标剂量,耐受量。结果96例中平均剂量为(70.0±35.6)mg/d,心率达到50次58例,心功能下降一级32例,血压达90mmHg以下6例。结论慢性心衰患者心功能NYHAⅡ级～Ⅳ级用合适剂量美托洛尔治疗,耐受量较好,是安全的。
Objective To investigate the target dosage of metoprolol on patients with chronic heart tailure （CHV）. Methods On the basis of regular treatment, metoprolol was used in 96 patients with CHF and sinus rhythm. The dose was increase gradually to objective dosage that oould keep patients＇ systolic blood pressure not under 90mmHg, the heart rate not leas than 50bpm, and the cardiac function decrease i grade. Results The average dose of metoprolol was （70.0±35.6）mg/d in all patients. 58 （58.33%） patients＇ heart rate was not leas than 50 bpm, 32 （33.33%）patients＇ cardiac function decreased 1 grade and 6（6.65 % ） patients＇ blood pressure reached to 90mmHg. Conclusions A good tolerance and safety for metoprolol were found in patients with CHF.
