人工免疫分类器记忆细胞分布比较研究

摘要 人工免疫网络记忆分类器和人工免疫识别系统是两种人工免疫分类方法。二者的免疫系统原理有所差别,前者改进后的性能优于后者。本文对二者产生的记忆细胞分布进行比较研究,指出二者在分类性能上的差别来自记忆细胞分布。二者记忆细胞的分布都近似正态分布,但前者的产生高质量记忆细胞的概率高于后者。 Artificial Immune Network Memory Classifier (AINMC)and Artificial Immune Recognition System (AIRS) are two kinds of classifier based on artificial immune systems.They have different principles of immune system.And the performance of the former is better than the later.In this paper,the distribution of memory cells produced by them is compared.It is pointed out that the difference of the performance between them is from the distribution of memory cells.They have approximate normal distribution.But the possibility of producing high quality memory cells by AINMC is higher than that of AIRS.
