摘要
在板料成形时,高强度钢板比普通钢板更易产生破裂、起皱以及尺寸和形状精度不良的倾向.变压边力是改善其成形性能的有效途径.通过基于数值模拟的正交试验优化设计分析方法,对不等深盒零件冲压成形过程的压边力分布进行优化,给出了可以有效改善高强度钢板成形性能的设计参数,改善了高强度钢板局部成形不足的缺陷,使零件变形更均匀,减小零件的回弹,提高了零件的总体质量.分析结果和试验结果进行对比,两者是一致的.
Wrinkling and tearing occur more easily for high strength steel(HSS) than common steel during sheet metal forming. Simultaneously, the tendency of dimension and shape imprecision is more significant. One of the major methods improving the formability of HSS is the variable blank-holder force. Based on the numerical simulation and orthogonal design of experimental analysis methods, the formability of HSS was investigated through analyzing the variant depth box drawing under varying the binder force profile spatially. The results indicate that the variable blank-holder force can improve the formability of HSS significantly and reduce the springback of stamped parts.
