摘要
试验了6个N-硝基三氯苯胺类化合物在500mg.L-1浓度下对菜粉蝶5龄幼虫的杀虫活性。结果表明,筛选出来的化合物N-硝基-N-(N'-对乙酰基苯基)-氨基甲酰-2,4,6-三氯苯胺、N-硝基-N-(N'-间硝基苯基)-氨基甲酰-2,4,6-三氯苯胺和N-硝基-N-(N'-对硝基苯基)-氨基甲酰-2,4,6-三氯苯胺对菜粉蝶5龄幼虫均具有一定的杀虫活性,其LC50分别为447.19mg.L-1、67.63mg.L-1和224.85mg.L-1。
The contact toxicity of six N-nitro-2,4,6-trichloroaniline derivatives against pieris rapae L. was testsd with concentration of 500mg/L. According to the results, compound N-nitro-N-(N'-P-acetylphenyl)-carbamoyl-2,4,6-trichloroaniline, N -nitro-N (N' -m -nitrophenyl) -ca -rbamov1-2,4,6 -trichloroaniline and N -nitro -N -(N' -p-nitrophenyl) -carbamoy1-2,4,6-trichloroaniline were selected to test contact toxicity with concentrations of 62.5 mg·L^-1,125 mg·L^-1,250 mg·L^-1,500 mg·L^-1 and 1000 mg·L^-1.The results showed that N-nitro-N-(N'-p-acetylphenyl)-carbamoyl-2,4,6-trichloroaniline,N-nitro-N-(N'-m-nitrophenyl)-carbamoyl-2,4,6-trichloroaniline and N-nitro-N-(N'-p-nitrophenyl)-carbamoyl-2,4,6-trichloroaniline 125 mg·L^-1 had contact toxicity against pieris rapae L. and their LC50 were 447.19125 mg·L^-1,67.63 mg·L^-1,224.85 mg·L^-1 respectively.
