摘要
文章对人造毛皮底布涂层的阴离子型聚氨酯微乳液进行了分析研究,采用TSM超细颗粒粒径测量仪测试乳液粒子的粒径,以红外(FTIR)表征聚氨酯树脂的结构,由DSC、热失重(TG)等测试分析聚氨酯的热性能,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察聚氨酯乳液粒子渗透情况,并按原纺织部专业标准(ZBW62002-87)测试试样的脱毛量。结果表明,合成聚氨酯乳液的渗透性较丙烯酸酯乳液好,用该乳液涂层的人造毛皮的脱毛量大大减少,手感得到明显改善。
Anionic polyurethane (PU) microemulsion for back coating of pile fabrics was developed to reduce the moult and improved other properties of the pile fabrics. PU chemical structure was characterized by FTIR. The particle size was examined with TSM. The thermal property of PU film was tested through DSC, TG. The penetrability of the particle was determined via SEM and the moult of the pile fabrics was investigated. It was proved that the properties ( such as handle, moult) of the pile fabrics back coated by PU latex was reformed greatly.
