摘要
烟草感染赤星病严重地影响叶片的代谢状况:光合色素(尤其叶绿素)的含量降低,干物质的积累减少,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量下降,硝酸还原酶的活性降低,而过氧化物酶的活性却明显地升高。
This article reported that physiological-biochemical changes of tobacco leaves infected with brown spot disease. The test results indicate that metabolic circumstances of tobacco leaves are significantly affected by tobacco brown spot disease.Photo-synthetic pigment (especially chlorophyll)content, accumulation of dry matter,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content,activity of nitrate reductase are decreased,but activity of peroxidase is significantly increased.
