摘要
采用2kWCO2激光器对球墨铸铁进行镍基粉末表面熔覆合金化处理。研究结果表明:在熔层中存在AlNi,Al3Ni.NiCrFe等新相;熔层显微硬度高于基体材料;熔覆后材料的耐蚀性提高;随着扫描速度的增大,组织形貌由粗大的树枝晶变为细小的等轴晶。
A CO2 laser is used to coat the surface of the cast iron with nickel matrix alloy powder.The research demonstrates that the laser coated layer-consists of such novel phases as AlNi,Al3Ni and NiCrFe.The microhardness of the laser coated layer is higher than that of substrate.Wear-resistance of the laser coated layer is enhanced.Microstructure becomes finer with increasing scanning rate.
