摘要
分析了大型履带式推土机应用的橡胶缓冲减振新技术的减振性能,提出了各参数取值必须符合减振作要求及结构约束。在此基础上对橡胶缓冲装置的结构参数进行了优化。
With the advanced technique applied to heavy duty crawler bulldozers,the damping property of rubber vibration isolation is analysed in this paper.Through studying transmissibility function derived from the model,the paper advances the optional every value of parameters must be satisfied with the needs of isolated objects and restraints of mechanical parts.Based on these,parameter values for the rubber vibration isolator used in the bulldozers are optimized.
