摘要
提出了以密封系数的倒数为目标函数,以螺旋槽相对几何尺寸为设计变量的螺旋糟优化设计方法;该法在某小型航空涡轮喷气发动机研制中,应用于主轴后轴承处的封油装置,在螺旋长度短、回油腔容积小的情况下,无需辅以气封,成功地阻止了滑油的泄漏。
The optimum design of an oil-sealing device with high-efficient spiral slot is presented ,where the reciprocal of the sealing coefficient is taken as objective funetion and relative dunensious of the slot are taken as design variables. This dev1ce has been applicd to a small turbo-jet engine’s main-shaft ball-bearing system and works very well without using any additional sealing air. It thus proved that the given method can be employed to design an effective seal for successfully preventing Iubricating-oil form leakage under condition of very short axial length and very limited scavenge oil compartment space.
