摘要
80年代以来,国内外石油勘探钻头钢随着钻头几何结构的革命性变化而出现了一种崭新的发展趋向,传统石油钻头用钢逐渐为高淬透性的EX系列及其改型钢所代替。这种钢以其合理发挥各组成合金元素优化配比的复合效应为特点,辅以优化的冶炼方法和热处理工艺,不但心部淬透性好,表层淬透性也高,而且综合力学性能良好,为提高钻头使用寿命和降低钻头制造成本发挥了重要作用。本文根据多年引进国外技术的实际经验,对石油钻头用钢的发展和使用中进一步改进的方向作了分析和评述,并提出了有关建议。
Since the 1980s the developments of the steels used for the rock bits have appeared a new tendency,that the traditional steels is replaced by the high hardenability EX and the modification steels gradually,in pace with the revolutionary changes of the geometrical structure of the bits.The distinguishing features of the hardenability steels include the full play of each composition alloy in the optimum form,the high hardenability both in the core and the case under the condition of the optimum smelting operation and heat treatment process,and the excellent comprehensive mechancial properties which will increase the life of bits and decrease the cost. Based on the practical experience in technical introduction from abroad for years,this paper reviews the development of these steels,and the improving directions in the process of use; and some relevant suggestions are also made.
